Shipping
Elbotik ships worldwide and accepts online payments through credit cards. We also do Cash on Delivery for UAE only.
UAE Delivery Time:
Our Delivery time is approximately 2-3 work days.
In some cases, the date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered.
International Delivery Time:
- Approximate delivery time for GCC countries: 2-3 work days.
- Approximate delivery time for Middle East countries other than GCC: 3-5 work days.
- Approximate delivery time for most other countries that we ship to: 5-7 work days.

UAE Delivery Charge:
Our UAE delivery charge in general is AED 18 for each order up to 5 kilograms.
International Delivery Charge:
For all the international countries that we ship to, the charge will be determined after proceeding through the checkout page and providing your delivery address. During the checkout page an automated rate will be generated for you depending on your location and the total weight of your shipment. In case there is an additional charge that apply to your order we will contact you before we fulfill your order.
UAE Additional Weight:
If your order weighs more than 5kg, AED 2 will be added for each additional kg above 5. For example, an order with a total weight of 6kg will have a delivery charge of AED 20.
However, additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size or weight of your order*
UAE Area Restrictions:
*Please note that area restrictions apply if you are located in a remote and less serviceable area. If you are located in an Out-of-Delivery (ODA) area, you'll be charged an additional shipping fee as provided by our courier (please click here to view the ODA rates and restrictions). Also, please note that orders shipped to ODA areas are not eligible for free shipping offers.
Backorders:
If the merchandise you want to buy is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping upon your request through email (orders@elbotik.com). Please let us know whenever you're interested in a product that is out of stock, we will try our best to get it for you as soon as possible.
Special items:
Some products might require extra days to be processed and prepared for you, in such cases it would be mentioned in the product's page, where you purchase the item, or at the checkout page.
Payment Method:
We accept Online Payments through bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, others) and we do Cash On Delivery (COD). Please note that Cash on Delivery is only available in UAE. For all other countries that we ship to, the online payment method is the only option available right now.
